5gcuci may, at its sole discretion, require identity verification (KYC) at any point. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary Account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests.
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC is grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Wallet balance in accordance with applicable anti-fraud policies.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party, and you accept full liability for any activity conducted through your Account whether or not authorised by you.
5gcuci will never contact you to request your password via any channel. If you receive any such request, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it to support immediately.
You agree to notify 5gcuci immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. 5gcuci may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of any reported unauthorised access.
5gcuci employs SSL/TLS encryption and two-factor authentication mechanisms. However, 5gcuci cannot guarantee absolute security against all forms of unauthorised access and accepts no liability for losses arising from compromised credentials resulting from player negligence.
All financial transactions on 5gcuci must be conducted using payment methods accepted by the Platform and registered in the Account holder's own name. Accepted methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank FPX, CIMB FPX, Public Bank FPX, and USDT TRC20.
5gcuci operates a strict same-source withdrawal policy. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. This policy exists to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set out in the Platform cashier and may be amended from time to time. 5gcuci reserves the right to impose additional limits on individual Accounts where fraud risk indicators are identified.

In-play betting is subject to real-time market suspension. 5gcuci accepts no liability for bets placed after the relevant event outcome has been determined but before the in-play market has been suspended due to technical latency.

5gcuci's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
5gcuci is not liable for any disruptions to Platform availability caused by third-party service outages, including payment gateway downtime, internet service provider outages, or Force Majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, regulatory action, or civil unrest.
